- Monitor email for all Canadian Tire stores and work with store clients to solve shipping related issues in a quick and effective way to increase customer satisfaction with store
- Worked with courier company representatives through COVID-19 challenges to maintain healthy relationships and get clients products on time
- Working with various API tools to find and analyze data and provide useful insights for my department
- Critically thinking through problems in real time to come up with a solution or delegate to someone who is best to solve the problem to ensure best result

Port Cares EarlyON Service-Learning Consultant 09/2019 – 12/2019
Port Colborne, Ontario
- Increased customer engagement by mapping their referral process, improving it by using lean techniques, and digitizing it to allow them to track referrals
- Developed a client database using Kohezion to fulfill client needs
- Database was able to store a Guardian profile with attached Dependent profile as well as useful info for operator use

Coffee News Service-Learning Consultant 01/2020 – 03/2020
Niagara Region, Ontario
- Developed a location-based app to assist consumers in finding their desired locations
- Developed an app using Appinventor for main functionality and created a Web API to house all data that the app would need to access
